HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDER FROM LORDS?

To provide you worry free shopping experience on Lords. We offer you no question Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your goods, you may return any unopened items in its original packaging, for a refund (including Cargo cost). Only you have to bear sending cost.

In case of Logo Embroidered Uniforms, Linen, Logo weave Bath Linen and made to order or made to size uniforms and Linen, the No Question Asked Return Policy will not be applicable. Incase of any kind of quality problem or defect, the item will need to be courier back us to ascertain problem, Lords will justify, alter or will replace.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in short note. Put the item and note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our return address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Just pack them nicely and arrange to deliver at our place, Cargo / Courier cost has to be borne by you only for sending back goods to us. In case you want refund, give us bank details, on reciept of consignment, immediately refund within 48 working hours. Lords will also refund courier charges which were charged while sending the consignment.

In case you need to exchange then we will resend at our cost, Lords will not charge any Cargo or courier charges.
